The Central Park Conservancy Shop is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receipt. All proceeds from your purchase directly support the maintenance and restoration of New York City’s most iconic green space.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and that the return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the item with the original packing slip and ship it to our processing center using a trackable mailing service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically appearing within 5-10 business days.
